Our experienced yoga instructors, Francesca and Filip will lead you through two yoga classes per day, including breath work, basic tips for a healthy life, nutrition, posture clinics, and yoga therapy.
In addition to the yoga classes, the retreat package includes accommodation for 5 nights in the rustic and charming Masseria Santo Scalone, as well as brunch and dinner. You will have ample time to relax, recharge, and explore the stunning surroundings of Puglia.
This retreat is perfect for all levels, from beginner to advanced practitioners, and is designed to deepen your practice and provide an unforgettable experience.

Accommodation
The Superior room, of about 30 square meters, is located on the upper floor of the historic residence from the 1400s
where there is a large terrace, furnished with style, which offers an enchanting and romantic view of the surrounding countryside.
Comfortable, tastefully furnished, equipped with bathroom with shower.
The Superior room, of about 30 square meters, is located on the upper floor of the historic residence from the 1400s where there is a large terrace, furnished with style, which offers an enchanting and romantic view of the surrounding countryside.
Comfortable, tastefully furnished, equipped with bathroom with shower, it can accommodate up to 3 people.
The Junior Suites with patio, 33 square meters, are spacious and comfortable residences, located on the ground floor, in the nineteenth-century part, overlooking the internal courtyard.
Equipped with external spaces of relevance, surrounded by the scents of flowers and aromatic herbs and, for the most part, with garden, olive grove view and organic vegetable garden.
Finely embellished with antique furnishings, the Junior Suites have stone vaults, bathroom with shower or bathtub, some with fireplace and with the possibility of adding a third bed.
The Junior Suites with patio accommodate up to 3 people.
The Privilege rooms, 33 m2, are located on the ground floor, surrounded by greenery and the scents of aromatic herbs
with large external spaces of relevance, both on the front and on the back.
